Information we handle

Relay may process account and organization details, CRM records, customer and contact data, activities, tasks, subscription and commercial information, and settings you or your organization provide. When you connect another service, Relay processes the records and authorization information needed to provide the features you enable.

Listener and automation information

If your organization enables meeting capture, sequences, or desktop execution, Relay may process meeting metadata, approved recordings or transcripts, notes, research evidence, generated artifacts, approval decisions, external request identifiers, action results, and errors. Recording and outreach must be used in accordance with applicable law and your organization’s policies.

How information is used

We use information to operate, secure, support, and improve Relay; authenticate users; keep organization data separated; execute requested workflows; provide support; monitor reliability; prevent misuse; and meet legal obligations. Relay does not sell personal information or use customer records for third-party behavioral advertising.

Service providers and connected systems

Relay relies on infrastructure and technology providers to host the service, store data, deliver communications, and provide AI or integration capabilities. Connected CRM, email, calendar, billing, signature, storage, and product systems process information under their own terms.

Retention and deletion

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, preserve required audit and transaction history, resolve disputes, maintain security, and meet legal obligations. Organization administrators may request access, correction, export, or deletion by contacting us.

Your choices

You can revoke connected services with the provider, sign out or revoke Relay sessions, and ask your organization administrator to change membership and permissions.
