Early-access terms
Terms for authorized use of the Relay service during private early access.
Using Relay
You may use Relay only if you are authorized by the organization that controls the applicable workspace and can form a binding agreement. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, protecting your account and devices, and activity performed through your organization’s users and connected systems.
AI and automation
Relay may prepare recommendations, drafts, classifications, and actions using automated systems. Outputs may be incomplete or wrong. You must review consequential decisions involving pricing, contracts, billing, employment, legal rights, customer communications, or regulated information. Approval features support, but do not replace, your organization’s responsibility.
Connected services
Your use of Google, Microsoft, HubSpot, Salesforce, Stripe, Slack, Zoom, electronic-signature providers, or other connected systems remains subject to those providers’ terms. You authorize Relay to access and act through those systems only as configured by your organization.
Acceptable use
You may not use Relay to break the law; send unlawful, deceptive, or abusive communications; bypass provider restrictions; access data without authorization; introduce malicious code; probe or disrupt the service; copy credentials from another person’s browser or device; or conceal automated activity where disclosure is required.
Customer data and product ownership
Your organization retains its rights in the information it provides to Relay. You grant the service operator the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and secure that information to provide Relay. Relay and its software, design, and documentation remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Early-access availability
Relay is under active development. Features may change, be incomplete, or become temporarily unavailable. Unless a separate signed agreement states otherwise, the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.
Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated to protect the service, comply with law, respond to misuse, or at an organization administrator’s request. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, and limits of liability, will continue to apply.
